Here is where the Fairytale begins with our extensive range of Princess Themed Bouncy Castle & Soft Play sets and you can be sure your little one will be made to feel like a Princess on her special day. At Rick's Castles we like to put your mind at rest from the get-go so below are just a few things we do to make sure that your experience with us is a safe one.

  • ALL our Bouncy Castles are tested annually and certificated to comply with the RPII testing safety requirements.
  • ALL of our electrical equipment has a current PAT certificate to ensure all items hired from us are safe to use.
  • We do ask you to ensure there is clear access for our Staff to Delivery/Set-Up/Dismantle/Pick-Up ANY equipment.
  • We do ask that you allow at least 30mins either side of your hire for our Staff to Deliver/Set-Up/Dismantle/Pick-Up ANY hired equipment
  • FULL Instructions on how to use our equipment will be provided to the hiring person(s).
