Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across West Sussex and parts of Surrey, including Crawley, East Grinstead, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Horley, Redhill and Reigate. We also cover surrounding towns and villages such as Billingshurst, Hassocks, Crawley Down and Pulborough. If you’re not sure whether we can deliver to you, just give us a call on 01293 972062.

What kind of events do you cover?

We hire equipment for all types of events, including birthday parties, weddings, school fetes, fun days, fundraisers, corporate events, family gatherings and community festivals. Whether it’s a few bouncy castles and soft play hire for a garden party, or a full marquee setup with dance floors & bars, tables & chairs and lighting, we can tailor everything to suit your event.

Who sets up the equipment?

Our trained staff will deliver and set up all equipment, making sure everything is secure and safe to use before we leave. We’ll explain how to use it correctly and point out key safety instructions. Once setup is complete, it’s the hirer’s responsibility to make sure the safety rules are followed throughout the hire period.

Do I need to supervise the bouncy castle or inflatable?

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times while it’s in use. We’ll show you exactly what to look out for, including how many users should be on at once and how to manage different age groups safely. Adults and children must never use the inflatable together, and no food, drink or sharp objects are allowed on the equipment.

What happens if it rains or gets windy?

Safety always comes first. If there’s heavy rain or strong winds (24mph or above), we may have to cancel outdoor hires for safety reasons. You won’t be charged if we cancel before setup due to bad weather. However, if we’ve already delivered and installed the equipment, and conditions then change, the hire charge will still apply. We also recommend stopping use immediately if the equipment gets wet or wind speeds increase during your hire.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel before the hire date without any charge if the weather looks unsuitable or your plans change. If we’ve already set up your equipment and you then decide not to use it, the full hire charge will still apply. We’ll always do our best to be flexible and fair.

What surface can the inflatables go on?

Our inflatables and assault courses can be set up on flat, level grass where we can stake them securely. If you have a hard surface or uneven ground, please let us know before booking. We can only install on surfaces that meet safety standards — this may affect whether a bouncy castle is suitable for your space.

Do I need to prepare the site before delivery?

Yes, please make sure the area is clean, clear and free from obstacles, hazards, animal foul or sharp objects before we arrive. You must also ensure the space is big enough for the equipment and that there are no underground pipes or cables where we may need to stake down the inflatable. It’s your responsibility to let us know about any potential risks before setup.

Is your equipment insured and tested?

All of our inflatables are tested annually to RPII standards, and all electrical equipment is PAT tested. We’re fully insured and our team is trained to set up and inspect everything before use. We never leave equipment that we consider unsafe, and we’ll only install if conditions are suitable.

Can adults use your bouncy castles?

Yes, we have a full range of adult bouncy castles designed for heavier use and taller users. Adults should never use equipment intended for children. If you’re not sure which inflatable suits your event, our team can help you choose the right one.

Do you provide indoor hires?

Yes, many of our bouncy castles and soft play hire sets can be used indoors. These are ideal for village halls, schools and community centres, especially during colder months. We can advise you on height limits and space requirements when you book.

What if something stops working during my hire?

If the blower or any equipment stops working, please ask everyone to exit the inflatable immediately and safely. Check that the plug is still connected and power is on — if the problem continues, contact us straight away. We’ll guide you through what to do or send someone to fix it if needed.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the summer months when weekends fill up fast. For marquees, weddings and larger setups, it’s best to confirm your booking several weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and equipment.
