Terms And Conditions
Our staff will set up hired equipment so it is safe for use at time of set up. The Hirer will be referred to these safety procedures and instructions on how to use the hired equipment upon booking.. The Hirer is required to adhere to the safety instructions in these terms and conditions at all times and thereafter is solely responsible to make sure safety procedures are followed. If the hirer is in any doubt, during the period of hire that using the equipment contradicts safety procedures then the equipment should cease being used.
SAFE USE OF THE CASTLE/INFLATABLE
1. When selecting one of our Bouncy Castles/Inflatables please make sure you are selecting the correct one relevant to your requirements. All Bouncy Castles/Inflatables have a size of user guide, along with the amount of users at one time. Please make sure you are selecting the correct castle/inflatable suitable for the intended users.
2. Adults and Children must not use the Bouncy Castle/Inflatables at the same time.
3. Please try and keep a balanced age/size of users to avoid older children falling onto younger children.
4. No food, drink, confectionery or chewing gum whilst using the Hired Equipment.
5. All shoes, spectacles, jewelery or sharp objects to be removed before using the Bouncy Castle/Inflatables.
6. Please do not use anything that may permanently stain or deface our Bouncy Castles/Equipment – ie face paints . Cleaning charges may apply.
7. The Bouncy Castle/Inflatable MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Maximum users of the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable depends on the size of Bouncy Castle/Inflatable and the size of users so please use sound judgement to not overcrowd the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable at any time.
9. Users are forbidden to climb onto the walls of the Bouncy Castles/Inflatable, this is dangerous and can also cause damage to the Equipment.
10. No smoking, bon fires or BBQ’s within the vicinity of the Hired Equipment.
11. IMPORTANT – we stake down our Bouncy Castles/Inflatables to comply with regulations so that the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable is safe for use, however, Bouncy Castles/Inflatables are not safe for use in heavy rain, do no re-use unless the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable is completely dry. Should there be excessive winds (24mph or above) during the period of Hire please do not take any risks, stop use and contact us.
12. No person should be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances while using our Hired Equipment.
13. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the users are using the castle/inflatable in a safe manor. Fighting and flips may cause injury and are strictly forbidden
14 Please ensure the users are not using the front step of the castle except for entering or exiting the castle. There are no safety walls around the front step and miss use could result in injury
15. The castle/inflatable is for use of people only. Animals and pets are strictly forbidden
16. If the blower stops working at any time during the hire period. Please ensure all users exit the castle/inflatable swiftly and safely
CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITIES/OUR LIABILITIES
1. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the area the castle/inflatable is going is completely clean and clear from any obstacles/hazards and/or animal foul.
2.We stake our castles/inflatables down with 380mm metal stakes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the area where the castle/inflatable is being set up is free from underground pipes, cables or anything else the pegs may damage. We take no responsibility if we are not notified prior to set up. This is the customers own property or if the customer has hired a property.
3. We take no responsibility for damage caused to any areas the castle/inflatable is set up, whether it is a harden hire or a hall booking.
4. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the castle/inflatable is sectioned off from members of the public in hired venues where the public also has access to.
5. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a clear safe access (including animal foul) for the bouncy castle to be delivered.
6. it is the hirers responsibility to ensure there is adequate space for the castle/inflatable to be used safely. Please see 'suitability' for size guidelines upon booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We may cancel outside Bouncy Castle/Inflatables Bookings for the following reasons:-
1.Heavy rain
2. High winds
3.Outdoor hard surfaces
4. If there are any Obstacles around the area of use, ie trees, walls, entry/exit points
5. We are concerned for the safety of the user
6. Foreseeable damage to the Equipment
If you have ordered a Bouncy Castle/Inflatable from us and the weather changes prior to delivery or looks like it may change and is cause for concern regarding safety during use we are happy for you to cancel without charge, but if you have not made the decision to cancel and we have set up your Inflatable and the weather then changes the charge will still apply.
