Rick's Castles is small family run business based in Crawley, West Sussex, providing the highest quality Bouncy Castles in all your favourite themes. We also provide a wide range of Marquees, along with the full accessories such as tables, chairs, flooring, linings, bars, dance floors and much, much more. Covering East Grinstead, Horsham Hayward’s Heath, Crawley and surrounding areas, you can be sure we can provide everything you need for your event.

Established in 2013, our high quality, extensive range of inflatables and SoftPlay hires have been supplying to Birthday Parties, Family BBQ's, Fund Raisers, Corporate Events, along with Weddings.

We have covered our Bouncy Castle Hire in Horley, (Surrey) to East Grinstead and from Horsham, (West Sussex) right the way over to Burgess Hill, (mid Sussex) ever since.

We are well respected in the community for our professionalism and high quality standards. Customer Service is at the forefront of everything we do. We're renowned for our reliability and our flexibility, essentially we're a business you can trust and rely on whatever the weather. What you can expect from us?

All our staff to be polite, good punctuality, and our hire equipment to be clean and in good working order ready for use. All our Inflatables are tested annually to ensure that they are certificated to comply with the RPII testing safety requirements http://www.playinspectors.com. All our Electrical Equipment is regularly PAT Tested and this is to ensure that all items hired from us are safe to use. We also provide FULL Instructions on how to use our equipment will be provided to the hiring person(s).

We'll be there to support you every step of the way, from the moment you place your order with us, to setting-up, right the way through to picking-up the items and the end of the hire period. You just tell us what? where? and when? and leave our team to do the rest. It's that simple!.
